This is not a clock but just a master controlled motor to move the hands. In 27 seconds the hands are advanced by the WT half a minute.
A pin on the escape wheel then lifts the driving pawl (thus stopping the moving of the hands) until the master clock, right at the 30th second, activates the driving pawl again.
Maximum capacity: one 7’6″ or four 6’0″ dials.

Left: The D shaped pin has just blocked the gathering pawl to take another tooth untill the coil at the bottom is activated by the Master.
